If you are a new or an emergency licensed special education teacher please join the Transition Improvement Grant staff as they introduce you to the online Postsecondary Transition Plan (PTP) application.  You will have the opportunity to become familiar with the PTP application and increase your knowledge of compliant and best practice transition planning.  You will explore numerous resources that will assist you with transition planning with your students.  This training is for special education teachers who work with students in middle or high school.

 

Note: This training is for NEW and EMERGENCY LICENSED teachers ONLY.  If you are not new to the PTP, please join us for one of our shorter PTP 2.0 trainings.
